He’s drunk his own urine, eaten a live snake, and crawled inside a dead camel - Bear Grylls is no stranger to pushing limits.
For Bear Grylls Adventure, we wanted to inspire families and young adults to step outside their comfort zones too - without the extremes.
With a visually-led approach, we brought this idea to life by showing ordinary people with bolder versions of themselves emerging from their hips, like a human bouquet.
