Workplace classism accounts for a £6k pay gap between working and middle-class employees, despite having the same role and qualifications.
But with the success of our previous campaign, we needed a new creative conceit to engage and enrage the public to put pressure on classist employers.
So we shot a horror short film with classism as the insidious force holding people back and melted Michael Socha and Jonathan Hyde’s faces in the process.
